About Me

I was born in South Africa and am now based between the UK and Costa Rica. As a landscape and travel photographer, I love to explore new destinations, both well known and off the beaten track. There is something special about slowly wandering the streets of a city or paths in the wilderness, absorbing the sights and sounds of nature from which I draw my inspiration.

I am a self-taught photographer who loves to create photographs of beautiful landscapes, street scenes or anything at all that I find interesting. I try to create images that transform 'the ordinary' into something that causes people to slow down, stop and experience something differently, just as I did at the time of capturing the image.
I also run workshops for those photographers who are wanting to further develop their landscape and travel photography, from beginner level all the way through to advanced skill levels.
